Our Approach
Since 1980, California Tour Consultants has held the
belief that each group is unique. Our company only
does custom tours for groups, nothing else. Our method
for this is simple. At our first meeting, we discuss the
group's background and overall desires for the tour or program.
Utilizing this important information, and our extensive knowledge
of the Western United States, our experienced staff customizes
a special program based on the group's precise criteria.
Our program proposal, including a detailed itinerary
and pricing information, is then promptly submitted for your
review and consideration. Changes are made at the next
meeting and the program evolves to your specifications
to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Once the program is finalized and booked, documentation is sent
outlining the payment schedule and terms. Printed materials,
videos, brochures and other materials are also made available
to enhance your promotional campaign.

Testimonials
"When a group votes to return and do a different version of
the same trip next year, you know your tour was a winner! I have
had very few trips that went as well and as effortlessly for me.
The former is a tribute to your excellent planning and itinerary;
the latter is a testimonial to your guide's ability and charm."
Carolyn McLendon, Southern Tours
"It is my pleasure, once again, to compliment you and your
fine staff for the professional manner and highly polished efficiency
in handling the Leisure Bank Travel Club. The accommodations were
excellent, the food was superior, the motorcoaches were very nice,
and the itinerary was planned at a perfect pace for the group.
The group was especially pleased with the tour escort who took
great care of everyone and made each member feel special. Thanks
again for a job well done."
William Brockman, CTC
"Since our return I have received many letters and notes from
students and parents expressing their appreciation for the wonderful
experiences we shared on the tour. It was by far the nicest, most
educational tour I have ever taken with the band. I have experienced
the planning and escorting of dozens of tours and our tour to
California certainly qualifies as one of the best."
Paul Grill, Director, Central York High School Band
